I am a creative leader with over a decade of experience guiding design, production, and cross-team collaboration in both corporate and academic settings. With an MFA in Graphic Design and a career spanning hands-on creative direction, team development, and operational planning, I’ve led multidisciplinary groups through complex projects across print, web, social media, video, and environmental applications. I’m grounded in a strong commitment to craftsmanship, and that focus informs how I shape creative concepts, develop processes, and mentor designers. I work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align creative decisions with broader business goals, and bring a steady, collaborative approach to elevating creative output, strengthening workflow clarity, and supporting designers as they grow their skills and confidence.
